Vice President of Program Operations

Ana Rausch is the Vice President of Program Operations at the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County. She has been with the organization since December 2013. In her role, Ana leads the agency’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) & Program Operations Teams and has led in the development and implementation of nationally recognized programs and strategies that have led to a more than 60% reduction in homelessness in the last 10 years. She is passionate about finding a solution to end homelessness. Originally from Brazil, Ana holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Houston and a MA in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University. Ana is a huge Disney fan; outside of work she likes to run marathons and enjoys traveling with her husband.
